Established in 2008, Bodyflight Mobile Systems Inc. (“BMS”) is based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
Genesis
It all started in 1999, when we met the inventor of the modern day vertical wind tunnel, Jean St. Germain, in Montréal, Canada. After our first experience flying in his beautiful machine we were absolutely hooked! Later that same year, we purchased the rights to the “Air Nest Aerodium” model from Jean. We also acquired an entire operating unit.
Vision
Our vision was to develop and commercialize portable, cost effective skydiving simulators that can bring human flight to the masses. By surrounding ourselves with experts in every field necessary, we have succeeded in making our dream a reality. Through years of testing and prototyping, we now offer complete, turn-key, fully warranted Bodyflight Mobile Systems, along with comprehensive training and operational support.
The World’s Finest Portable Wind Tunnels
In co-operation with industry professionals, we have been busy perfecting our Mobile Vertical Wind Tunnel (“MVWT”). We are very proud of the design and engineering achievements we have made and incorporated into the MVWT of the latest Bodyflight Mobile Systems. It safely offers the fastest wind speeds of any portable skydiving simulator, as well as the easiest operation, the highest quality and outstanding reliability.
Over the years we have also had the opportunity to travel around the world and fly in the growing number indoor and outdoor vertical wind tunnels. Along the way we also met many of interesting people who share the same enthusiasm and excitement that we have for this sport.
Production Facility
We fabricate and test our state-of-the-art portable, semi-portable and stationary skydive simulator systems at the 22,000 square foot Bodyflight Mobile Systems facility in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
We only use the highest quality materials and components available, which are primarily sourced in North America.
We have an amazingly talented and highly knowledgeable production team. In addition, we are closely associated with worldwide experts in all fields necessary to create our premium quality mobile wind tunnels.
